Precious Metal Clay is a fabulously creative material developed in the early 1990’s in Japan.   PMC consists of microscopic particles of pure silver powder and a water-soluble, non-toxic, organic binder that burns off during firing.  When fired, the organic compound is burned off, leaving 99.9% fine silver.
